Life on the move.

Yep, my life is changing in a major way, again. *sigh* We're moving back to Australia. We're down to two weeks until the house is packed up and we board a plane for Sydney. I'm surprised I managed to get much done other than packing but I did. Yay me! I've been madly trying to finish a short story for an anthology call, it's almost done and then it'll be off to the CP's and finally to the publisher before the Jan 1st deadline. (fingers crossed)

Anyway, here's the reviews I did last month.

Recent reviews

Yeah, I know I'm slack at blogging lately but you can always catch me at one of my other blogs. All the links are in the sidebar. There's so much going on in my life at the moment that the reviewing has slowed right down but here's a couple I did recently.

Blogger is annoying me!

For some reason I'm having nothing but trouble with blogger lately. *sigh* I'm trying to add stuff and it won't let me! *stomps foot*
Anyway, I'll keep trying but I'm tempted to abandon it all together. I'll keep you posted.

I survived my first writers convention.

Yes I'm alive! It was a close call but I made it. It got a little overwhelming but with the help of some great friends I made it through the week without any scars. A bit worse for wear and totally exhausted but it was one of the best weeks of my life. Of course getting to meet all my author friends from online for the first time in the flesh was THE best thing. I've blogged about it over at Rhian's blog and there's even a pic page that I'm slowly adding pix to. Got check it out HERE.

Now for last months Fallen Angel Reviews.

I'm hanging at my CP's house this week and it's great to be in the same room with Mari. She's just the best and we've done so much laughing I think my sides are bruised. I'm off to New York on Friday to meet Hubby and we'll be traveling around a bit but you can catch my updates on twitter www.twitter.com/RhianCahill
I'm freezing at the moment and I'm sure NY is only going to be colder. Glad I bought my big jacket with me.

A plug for my alter ego

My first short story is being released on April 11th from Noble Romance Publishing. It's the first in a collection of stories about woman finding love and lust in foreign countries and I loved writing this first one and I'm just as enthralled with the second which is almost ready to be submitted to the publisher. But for now here's the first one.

One Night In Bangkok by Rhian Cahill available April 11 from Noble Romance Publishing

One night in Bangkok is all it takes to turn Beth Martin’s future plans upside down. After being betrayed by the man she’d tied herself to the last thing she needs is another man screwing her life up. But Tom is different. He makes her feel sensations long forgotten, makes her want in ways best left unspoken. Can she live out her wildest fantasies in one decadent night? And when it’s over, can she walk away, or will what she doesn’t want prove to be what she needs?

Bad, bad blogger!

I've had to cut back on the reviewing as I've managed to score myself my first contract. Noble Romance Publishing will release One Night In Bangkok on April 10th. It's the first in a series of short stories about woman finding love and lust in foreign countries. The second story is ready to be submitted after a little more tweaking. You can find out more at Rhian Cahill.

I'll be in and out over here as I'm three weeks away from going to the US for 8 weeks. First stop is the Romantic Times Convention in Orlando then it's off to my CP Mari Carr before meeting Hubby in New York City. We'll be going from there to Atlanta back to Washington DC and then he flies home and I continue to my other CP Devon Gray. Then it's back to Mari's before we both head off to the Lori Foster Reader Appreciation weekend where we're meeting up with our other CP Vivian Arend and some other great writer/reader/cover artist friends that are part of a new group blog International Heat. I'll try to post once a week with pix or at least some news of how it's going.
